Club History
Established in the year 2018 by a duo of cricket enthusiasts, the Ingolstadt Cricket Club (INCC) proudly stands as the pioneering professional cricket institution in the heart of Ingolstadt. Prior to its inception, the essence of cricket in our city was mostly found in the gatherings of Indian students who convened on weekends to revel in tennis ball cricket matches amidst the local football greenery. With an increasing presence of cricket clubs across Bavaria, Germany, and the absence of such a body in Ingolstadt, our founders sought an alliance with VfB - Friedrichshofen. This collaboration successfully led to the birth of INCC.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to cultivate a welcoming, secure, and relaxed atmosphere where the passion for cricket thrives. It is a sport to be carried for a lifetime, a journey started with joy and continued without pressure. At INCC, we are committed to introducing and embedding cricket within the local milieu by delivering a game that is both of high quality and enjoyable at every tier of play. Our club is known for its amicable spirit, opening its arms to all who wish to partake, experience, and cherish cricket. At INCC, we don’t just play; we nurture the growth of women's and youth cricket and actively work to promote the sport throughout Ingolstadt and the wider Bavaria region.

INCC focuses to develop a sustainable structure that will:
- Provide cricket opportunities for all with a safe, secure and friendly environment in which young people and adults can learn and play the game of cricket and develop their skills.
- Build a welcoming atmosphere on and off the field of play and increase participation, improve performance by providing the best services and facilities to its members.
- To nurture fair play, respect for all and observance of the Laws and the spirit of cricket.
- Develop and strengthen a structure and pathway for young talent both boys, girls and women to actively participate in cricket. Aim to establish a youth team and women's team.
- Strengthen senior playing teams, providing positive role models to all club members, leading achievement and success: We aim to increase our senior playing membership by improving facilities and promoting our sides up through the leagues.
- Finally, to promote the game of cricket in Ingolstadt and across Bavaria through our club values.

Strong discipline underpins our sport, we obey the laws of the game and we are honest and fair all the time. We play to win but not at all costs and recognize endeavour and achievement.

Respect forms the basis of our sport. The club prides itself on the respect. We respect the values and traditions of cricket, we respect each other, their abilities and views. We value and respect the club and people that help run it.
